Omar Ali Khan launched Hot Spot Online in 2000, it contains an archive of thousands of words and movies on Hollywood, Bollywood and Lollywood horror and Z grade genres. He curiously run three ice cream and cafe shops: one in Islamabad, one in Karachi and one in Lahore - three of the biggest metropolitan areas in Pakistan - all decorated with lurid movie posters and assorted horror props. He writes on and makes films with Zibahkhana – Hell’s Ground (2007) being his first feature also the first modern horror film from Pakistan.
